Microsoft sweetens All Access with an Xbox Scarlett upgrade


Microsoft has upped its bid for console buyers’ attention by adding a future upgrade to Xbox All Access. Now, not only can you lease an Xbox One console from Amazon, but you also have the option to upgrade to the mysterious Project Scarlett console when it eventually comes out next year. All Access is essentially an easier way to buy an Xbox, paying for it monthly installments until you’ve paid it off while still using it — no dropping hundreds you might not have all at once. Macron convinces UK nuclear startup to build its first factory in France

London-based nuclear energy startup Newcleo has scrapped plans to build its first power plant in Britain, opting to invest in France instead.  The move follows extensive lobbying by France’s president Emmanuel Macron, who has personally met with Newcleo’s chief executive and founder Stefano Buono several times, to convince him to build the company’s first modular nuclear reactor in France, the Telegraph reports.  Founded in 2021, Newcleo develops small nuclear reactors powered by radioactive waste.
